For diet I always recommend eating healthy in small portions, I am firm believer in portion control. I have all my clients go on a high protein low carb diet when we start training!
I put my clients on meal plans that fit their individual goals and individual bodies. I do NOT recommend any diet pill or shake that promises to have you losing weight.
I believe in eating healthy and exercising very simple! If you want to build mass or feel your nutrition is not where it needs to be then protein shakes in the middle of your day can be your best solution!
