Balanced Life

Balanced life is a tab I wanted to set up to let everyone know that diet & exercise should be a part of your life but not your whole life. It is important to be able to see the big picture. Spending time with family and friends, taking a vacation. & being kind & most importantly compassionate are all things I live by.

Putting charity work into your life and helping those in need whether it be people or animals is very important for the soul. I encourage everyone to let loose every once and while & volunteer with an organization close to your heart. I work very closely in dog rescue, it is something that has help me see past the self absorbed society we have become so custom to living in.

I hope you all can find something that pulls you out of yourself & shows you that their is beauty in this world – you just have to open your eyes and look for it. There is also beauty in helping those that are less fortunate and in need – like helpless animals & people that sometimes get so low they can not help themselves. Try & do a mitzvah everyday!
