In healthy living I want to touch base on the importance of a healthy mind. Your mind frame is controlled by you – it is important to remember that we all can fall, it is how you pick yourself back up that defines your future! If you are depressed because of your weight the problem is probably deeper and try to focus on your mind frame, then from there you will be on the recovery to feeling better. I use exercise as my therapy it is how I feel better on a day to day basis. I know when I am down because I usually stop working out – it is most important in those times to find the strength to motivate yourself or find a support system that really cares about your well being!
