1 on 1 Training

Rachel offers 1 on 1 training where she specifically designs and creates workouts for your body type. Rachel incorporates hardcore bootcamp with transitional moves from pilates and yoga to get a well balanced and total body workout!   Rachel also teaches classes which consist of a mix of strength training, cardio, pilates, & yoga. Rachel designs & creates all her own workouts based on her years of experience of what really works for individuals ready to reach their personal goals.
